We can accept only letters and large envelopes and will send you a notification when mail is received. For security reasons, we do not accept boxed packages.

As your mail arrives, we will scan only the front of the envelope and notify you. Then you tell us what to do with it from within your account with us. Envelope scans are not counted towards your page scans.

You’ll be able to view the front of the envelope scans in your account at any time. If you choose the option to scan the contents of the mail, you’ll also be able to view them in your account.

Local pickup is not available for security reasons. You may view your mail at any time in your account or have it forwarded to any location of your choice.

Absolutely! The mail handling and physical addresses are not outsourced to third parties. Although it’s more costly for us, it offers you more privacy and security, unlike other franchised services.

Physical envelopes will be stored free of charge for 30 days. After 30 days, they will be shredded, unless you choose to recycle or shred them sooner in your account.

We’ll store them for as long as your account is active with us or until you choose to delete them yourself.
